This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and career development on employee work motivation at the Cooperatives, SMEs, and Manpower Office of Sibolga City. This research utilizes a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 26 employees at the Sibolga City Cooperatives, SMEs, and Manpower Office, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results show a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.760, indicating that 76% of the variance in employee work motivation is explained by supervision and career development, while the remaining 24% is influenced by external factors. Partial testing (t-test) reveals that supervision has a positive and significant effect on motivation (t = 2.577, p <0.05), and career development also shows a positive and significant impact (t = 5.079, p < 0.05). Simultaneously (F-test), both variables significantly influence employee work motivation (F = 36.380, p < 0.05).
